Paul'Michael set another milestone in his journey to being the Urban Pop Hit Maker on the Eve of 1/11/17 by dropping his new single "Nowhere Fast". Strategically showing the world his "PM to the AM" style releasing the streaming version on Soundcloud at 1:11AM, followed by a self-directed video at 1:11PM later that after noon. "Nowhere Fast" , written by S. Allen, L.Alexander and Paul'Michael himself, brings us a familiar sound with the ambiance of The Weeknd and big bass of Bryson Tiller music but with a twist of live instrumentation in the hook. Listening in its truly a sound we forget we've heard before due to Paul'Michael captivating vocals and harmonies. Paul'Michael explains that he wanted to direct a video to give a full understanding of where his mind was in the studio creating the song. The video starts with a "synopsis type" beginning scene, before taking us on a journey of a new relationship that was taken way too fast. Paul'Michael uses symbolisms throughout the video like a rose given to the female in a showing of their love, that is later thrown away in poetic form by the story-teller Paul'Michael. This video shot by the amazing Mike Wallz and starring the acts of Cheyenne Johnson and The Wav's Cadigan Deville, is sure to take your mind on a journey and just might bring up some of your own past issues. Altogether, we agree that "Nowhere Fast" is a powerful tone to an abundant 2017 for Paul'Michael. We can not wait to see what's next.
