Barack Obama may be on a vacation right now, but many haven't forgot his legacy and his memorable time in office. Chicago based designer Joe Freshgoods has even decided to release a whole clothing collection surrounding the Obama administration. The designs are cool and it doesn't hurt that he got fellow Chicagoan Chance the Rapper to model. This is what Joe Freshgoods has to say about his "Thank You Obama" collection: With this project I wanted to timestamp a period in my life where I felt like I can do whatever I wanted to do and be whatever I wanted to be. The night Obama won his first term gave me so much hope, especially and most importantly as a black man. I decided to make a collection saying “thank you” and give me something to smile at every now and then when I look in the closet.
The designs look pretty nice if you ask me. Check them out below and shop HERE
