Today is World Wildlife Day; a day where we all take time to acknowledge and spread the awareness of unnecessary animal killings. This year the focus is on elephants, as they are a huge target. Elephant tusks are highly prized and turned into statues, trinkets, and much more.
We need to take a stand, the future of wildlife is in our hands. You may not be big on wildlife, but today try and do your part in spreading awareness. Check out the short video below entitled "Let them be, Let them live" but be warned there is some graphic footage.
