Nas teams up with Google and Microsoft
Nas is the genius he always was, but now he's tackling issues at a much larger scale. Moving beyond his music career Nas has co-founded the venture capitalist firm QueensBridge Venture Partners which focuses on education, careers and opportunities for minorities in technology. Nas has teamed up with Google, Microsoft and General Assembly to launch an "Opportunity Fund" to offer scholarships for 100 hours hours of mentoring to high school students in tandem with nonprofit groups All Star Code, Black Girls Code, CodeNow, Coderdojo and ScriptEd.
