Uniqlo is a Japanese clothing retailer that has been functioning since 2005 and has stores in some select countries, including the United States. Lately however, they have been seeing a slump in sales in the United States. In hopes to boost these sales they have a unique plan to bring Uniqlo vending machines to some select cities. We have seen all types of vending machines in the past, from electronics, food, to even musical instruments; clothing is a first though. It will be interesting to see how these vending machines will play out. One thing is for sure, we live in a fast paced society that loves convenience. Being able to purchase an article of clothing at the touch of a button may be a concept that Americans will fall in love with.
