We've all heard the saying "One mans trash is another mans treasure"; its a phrase that can be applied in many situations. Joanna Hedrick is an artist who finds beauty in something most people don't think twice about. With her project Leaf Labyrinth, she transforms dead and fallen leaves into beautiful labyrinths and complex geometrical art. Nature in itself is a beautiful thing, and the fact that she is taking these fallen leaves and giving them "new life" is astonishing. She started the project back in 2013, and each year at the University of Sacramento, students and professors wait to see these beautiful creations. Check out some images of the Leaf Labyrinths below!
