Shoot Portraits Not People

In the past, we've posted about art created from recycled objects. The art-form of creating something new out of something that has been used and is now waste is a great concept; it brings a second life to the object.  Well Jason Siegel did exactly this with cameras.  His project "Shoot Portraits Not People" involved numerous old cameras and a lot of handy work. The idea was to create high-powered weaponry out of these old cameras and camera parts. The project, which debuted on January 13th at The BLK MKT in Aspen, sends a clever yet positive message.  Check out an inside look of the creative process behind "Shoot Portraits Not People".
