If you haven't noticed, over the past few years we have been posting about robots a lot; partly because, well, more robots are being made. We've seen dog robots, robots that prepare food, and even giant robots that are manned by human beings. Now, there is a new type of robot; a ping-pong playing robot! The robot uses multiple cameras to judge the spatial location of the player and the ping-pong ball. It can even judge the skill level of the player by how fast the rally is going. Of course there is a certain joy that comes out of playing another human, but it's pretty cool to see how far technology has come. Maybe one day these types of robots will be small enough to fit in a house or apartment for endless entertainment. Check it out in action below!
