Min's Super Fruit Smoothie

Min's Super Fruit Smoothie
 
This super fruit smoothie is not only delicious but its healthy too! Packed with several antioxidants, vitamins and minerals this smoothie is blended perfectly to start your day. I personally love drinking this smoothie before my morning yoga session!
 
I'm a girl on the go so this recipe is for a single serving!
 
You will need a single-serve blender and 12oz travel cup
 
1/3 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cups fresh blackberries
1/2 banana 
*1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
(*This smoothie can also be made using ice cream, or yogurt!)
1 cup ice
(2 single berries of choice to garnish)
 
 
Add ingredients to clean blender, blend on high for approximately 20-25 seconds. Add ice, continue to blend to your liking and ENJOY!
