It is part of his move to start production in Wyoming, where he says they are building farms because of the climate and soil. He said to Zane Lowe in an interview that "We're going to go from seed to sow from the farming table so we can see the entire process". He wants to be able to make his own hydroponic cotton, wheat, and hemp for the Yeezy brand and oversee the process. The move from fast fashion to this locally-produced method would be a big move for Kanye and his brand and it will be interesting to see how it will play out.
