Is Kelp the New Kale?

 For the past few years everybody has been going Kale crazy, but there might be a new sheriff in town.  It's name is Kelp and it might be taking over the food industry very soon.  Kelp are large seaweed that grow in "underwater forests".  Kelp has similar nutritional value as Kale does and has some properties that benefit the ocean.  The amount of Kelp that is being grown is increasing by the year as people start to become more aware of its beneficial properties.  Check out the short video below to learn some more facts about Kelp.
