"High Grade" Hemp-Inspired Vegan Stir-fry

Cookdaily is a vegan restaurant in London that has a delicious and colorful vegan menu.  One of the menu items is called "High Grade" and is inspired by hemp.  High grade is described as:

STIR-FRY VEGGIES W/ HEMP OIL IN A SMOKEY SWEET N SOUR BBQ SAUCE. TOPPED WITH GREEN HERBS & HEMP SEED CRUMBLES.
SERVED OVER OUR 50/50 -BROWN RICE & QUINOA-.
WITH A CHOICE OF: JUST VEGGIES, TOFU & VEGGIES, CHICKN & VEG OR CHICKPEAS & VEG.
Tim Shieff, who is a parkour athlete and a vegan, had a sit down with the founder and vegan chef "King Cookdaily".  They have a quick conversation about the restaurant and about being vegan.  Of course afterwards they enjoy the delicious hemp-inspired dish.  This restaurant is just one example of how many different uses hemp has; not only for fabric, fuel, and paper, but food as well. If you aren't visiting London anytime soon, maybe watching this video might inspire you to make your own hemp dish.  Check out the footage from hypebeast below!
