For a few years, Facebook has been teasing the world with a solar-powered plane. Aquila is a plane that can beam an internet signal to hard to reach places that don't have internet access. This plane has finally been tested and is flying. Although Facebook hasn't implemented the internet portion yet, the simple fact that this unmanned solar-powered plane is functioning and flying is amazing. It also is made to fly in the air for months! In the past, the longest a solar-powered plane was capable of staying in the air was only 2 weeks. Check out this awesome Facebook drone below!
