NASA is no stranger to asteroids. In fact, the general population isn't either. Plenty of movies have depicted asteroids and we have actual footage of them as well. On October 19th however, NASA discovered the first interstellar asteroid! The unusual shaped asteroid "wandered" into our solar system last month. Due to the trajectory and speed, NASA was able to determine that it came from another solar system. Check out the footage below to learn more about this oddly shaped asteroid.
