Not too long ago we posted about an art project called Social Decay which imagined the most popular social networks in ruins. In our digital age, it is hard to imagine life without social media, but it is somewhat easy to imagine the evolution of these platforms. With advancements in virtual reality and augmented reality, it is quite possible that the social networks we have now may look completely different soon or may even become obsolete. AntiSocial is another art project that explores this concept but puts another twist on it. It explores the irony that these platforms in which people look for so much attention may someday be places of lonesome. Check out the powerful images below made by American designer Mike Campau!
