Apple Switching to Eco-Friendly Bags

Apple is finally hopping on the eco-friendly wave by announcing that they will be switching their plastic bags out for paper bags.  These new bags will be made mostly from recycled materials.  The switch is reportedly going to happen on April 15th.  Not too long ago, we posted about McDonald's switch to environmentally friendly bags;  It's great to see some of these big companies be more conscious and aware of their impact on the planet.  Check out the note from Apple below.

"We're committed to leaving the world better than we found it. One bag at a time. So on April 15, we'll switch to paper shopping bags made from 80 percent recycled materials. These bags come in medium and large.
When customers are buying a product, ask if they need a bag. They may decide they don't. And you'll encourage them to be even more environmentally friendly.
If you still have plastic bags in stock, use them before you switch to the new paper bags."
