Domino's is trying to change the way people get their pizza. They recently introduced a robot name DRU (Domino's Robotic Unit) that will deliver pizza to people that order them. This idea initially began as a way to improve safety and efficiency, as well as revolutionize customer experience. The robot features a military-sourced base unit and runs from a software developed an Australian company, Marathon Robotics. It also features smiley face headlamps and a retractable fridge and oven at the top. Check out this video to check out the selection process for the way it looks. Let's just hope that people don't jack these robots while on the way to their destination.
