Eating healthy can be difficult sometimes, especially when it comes to avoiding sugar. Sugar is in almost everything and sometimes in the foods that you may think are "healthy". While sugar is important (especially for breakfast), it's never good to over-indulge. Those of you with a sweet tooth may struggle with staying away from sugar-filled foods early in the morning to start your day. Be aware, however, that some foods that you think may not have a lot of sugar might, in fact, be more sugary than those that are blatantly sugary (like a glazed donut).
