Personally, I'm not a big fan of low top basketball sneakers; I feel like its an injury waiting to happen. While Kobe's injury may not have been a result of his low-top sneakers, I'm still going to go ahead and blame Nike and not the old age.
In any manner, after releasing a super high top Kobe sneaker, the people at Nike are back at it and have put out the Nike Kobe 9 EM, which almost look like running sneakers. The "Laser Crimson" color way (pictured below) will be dropping May 3rd for $160. What do you guys think about these?
